VISION & HEART

EKKLESIA WORSHIP EXISTS to empower and lead generations into profound encounters with the presence of God — encounters that fuel revival and reveal the heart of the Father.

We are a community of servant leaders devoted to building our local church through devotional worship and creative excellence. Our calling is to inspire and guide people into life-changing experiences with God that transform hearts, awaken purpose, and strengthen the body of Christ.

We believe a powerful church is a worshiping church, one that touches heaven through authentic, Spirit-led praise. Our desire is to cultivate a culture where worship rises continually, ignites revival, and shapes a glorious church that reflects heaven on earth.

We are called to:

  • Empower generations

  • Host the presence of God

  • Build the local church

  • Pursue devotional worship

  • Cultivate creative excellence

  • Fuel revival through authentic encounters

Philippians 2:5–8 → We lead like Christ (servant leadership)

John the Baptist → We prepare the way (encounter-focused)

CULTURE & VALUES

WORSHIPPERS

Presence before platform. We pursue God privately before leading publicly. Sunday is overflow. We don’t perform, we minister. Our devotion fuels our leadership.

We don’t lead people somewhere we haven’t been ourselves.

Who we are matters more than what we do. CHARACTER This is foundational. Our private life aligns with our public ministry. Integrity matters when no one is watching. We pursue purity in speech, conduct, and relationships. We are accountable and teachable.

We represent Christ on and off the platform

SERVANTS

We lead like Jesus. (Philippians 2:5–8) We choose humility. We serve the vision of the house.

No task is beneath us.We value the team over personal recognition.

The platform is not a stage — it’s an altar.

A HUMBLE posture is key. He must increase. (John 3:30) We decrease so Christ is revealed. We reject comparison and competition. We receive correction with gratitude. When ego decreases, anointing increases.

We remember this is always about Jesus.

COMMITTED

Faithfulness builds revival. We are reliable. We prepare spiritually and musically. We honor time, rehearsal, and communication. We steward our role with excellence.

Consistency is spiritual maturity in action.

ENCOURAGERS

We set the tone. We build people, not just moments. We speak life. We protect unity. We correct privately, honor publicly. We champion growth in one another.

We are responsible for the atmosphere we create.

CELEBRATION

Joy fuels culture. We celebrate salvations. We celebrate progress. We celebrate faithfulness. We celebrate one another. We cultivate an atmosphere of faith.

What we celebrate multiplies.

EXCELLENCE

We honor God with our preparation. Excellence is not perfection. Excellence is stewardship. We prepare spiritually and musically. We practice intentionally. We value musical tightness and sensitivity to the Spirit. We give God our best, not leftovers.

Excellence is biblical: Colossians 3:23
“Whatever you do, work at it with all your heart, as working for the Lord.”

Excellence removes distractions so Jesus is seen clearly.

CREATIVITY

We reflect the Creator. God is the original Creator. Creativity is part of His nature and we carry His image.

Genesis 1 reveals a creative God.
Psalm 96:1 says, “Sing to the Lord a new song.”

Creativity means: We stay fresh, not repetitive. We are sensitive to the Holy Spirit in the moment. We use music, visuals, arrangements, transitions, and moments intentionally. We innovate without compromising truth. We embrace artistic growth as worship.

Creativity is not about impressing people. It is about expressing the heart of God in ways that awaken hearts. Creativity gives language to encounter.
