Vocal Excellence Coach
Oversees vocal health, harmony structure, tone, and blend. Coaches vocalists and worship leaders to grow in skill and vocal excellence .

Music & Band Director
Leads musical arrangements, transitions, rehearsal flow, and instrumental excellence. Ensures the band functions cohesively and dynamically to support the spiritual direction of each service. Develops musicians and maintains musical standards.

Worship Leader Development
develops vocalists and worship leaders to grow in skill, confidence, and spiritual sensitivity. Ensures vocal excellence that supports authentic congregational worship. Coaches band and vocalist in stage presence vocal projection and worship expression.
Also manages ministry operations.

Worship Pastor
Provides spiritual leadership and direction. Casts the vision, safeguards the culture, ensures theological alignment, and develops leaders. Responsible for the overall health, identity, and long-term direction of the worship ministry.
